ARE YOUR ITEMS REALLY HANDMADE?

Yes! Every item at Heath Handcrafted is 100% handmade with love. Nothing is mass-produced- each piece is carefully crocheted by hand, one stitch at a time. 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Each item is made to order, which means it is handcrafted after your purchase is placed. 

Processing time (making your item) 3-5 business days

Shipping time 3-7 business days (U.S. orders)

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days total after purchase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

At this time we may offer limited custom orders depending on availability. If you're interested, feel free to contact us before ordering to check.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because each item is handmade, all sales are final unless your items arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. 

 

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. This is what makes your item unique and one-of-a-kind.

We always do our best to match our products as closely as possible.
