PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days

Each item is made after purchase unless stated otherwise

SHIPPING TIME

U.S. shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

There is a clear issue with your order

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem. 

We are committed to making things right for every customer. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, since we begin processing quickly.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Each item is handmade, so:

Slight variations may occur (this is what makes each piece unique).

Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings. 

We always aim to match products photos as closely as possible.
